Tofu Salad

Ingredients:

・Leaf lettuce 2 leaves (40g)
・Cherry tomatoes 3 small (27g)
・Kaiware daikon sprouts As needed
・Silken tofu 1/2 block (180g)
・Kewpie Deep-Roasted Sesame Dressing As needed

How to Make:

  1. Soak the leaf lettuce in cold water, drain well, and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Trim the roots off the kaiware daikon sprouts and cut them in half. Drain the silken tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
  3. Arrange the lettuce on a plate, place the prepared ingredients on top, and drizzle with dressing.
