Grilled Chicken Salad

Ingredients:

・Broccoli 4 florets (60g)
・Chicken thigh 1/2 piece (130g)
・Boiled egg 1 (51g)
・Salt A pinch
・Black pepper A pinch
・Cooking oil As needed
・Kewpie Tasty Dressing Sesame & Almond As needed

How to Make:

  1. Season the chicken thigh with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat until fully cooked. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Separate the broccoli into small florets. Wrap them in a damp paper towel, place them in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
  3. Cut the boiled egg into four wedges. Arrange the chicken, broccoli, and boiled egg on a plate.
  4. Drizzle with dressing and serve.
