Fish and Chips with KEWPIE MAYONNAISE Dipping Sauce

Ingredients:

・Dory Fish 200g
・Boiled Egg 1 piece, chopped
・Parsley sufficient
・Lemon Juice 1 tsp
・Garlic Oil with Chopped Garlic 1 tbsp
・Butter 1 tbsp, melt
・Water 50 ml
・Cooking Oil sufficient
・KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL 100g

How to Make:

  1. Mix 50 ml of water with 50g of seasoned flour, stir well. Add fish into the mixture, stir. Roll in dry seasoned flour.
  2. Fry in hot oil until cooked, remove from heat. Fry potatoes until cooked, remove from heat, set aside.
  3. Egg mayo sauce: mix KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, boiled egg, and chopped parsley. Stir well.
  4. Garlic butter lemon sauce: mix KEWPIE MAYONNAISE ORIGINAL, garlic, lemon juice, and melted butter, stir well.
