・Kaiware daikon sprouts |

How to Make:
- Soak the leaf lettuce in cold water, drain well, and tear it into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Trim the roots off the kaiware daikon sprouts and cut them in half. Drain the silken tofu and cut it into bite-sized cubes.
- Arrange the lettuce on a plate, place the prepared ingredients on top, and drizzle with dressing.
