How to Make:
- Season the chicken thigh with salt and black pepper. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat, place the chicken skin-side down, and cook until golden brown. Flip and cook on low heat until fully cooked. Cut into bite-sized pieces.
- Separate the broccoli into small florets. Wrap them in a damp paper towel, place them in a heat-resistant container, cover with plastic wrap, and microwave at 600W for about 1 minute and 30 seconds. Rinse in cold water and drain well.
- Cut the boiled egg into four wedges. Arrange the chicken, broccoli, and boiled egg on a plate.
- Drizzle with dressing and serve.
